Why Peter Andre?

Peter Andre took a personal interest in cancer research after losing his brother Andrew to kidney cancer in 2012. He was diagnosed in February of that year and succumbed to the disease in December. Peter then established the Peter Andre fund to raise cash for cancer research and promote awareness.

Early detection is one of the campaign’s central messages with the motto “know your body, know what’s right for you.” The fund travels the country to promote awareness, healthy living and early detection among everyday people and health professionals.

The Peter Andre fund also supports anyone else who wants to contribute to the cause with Pete’s Champions. You can register with the fund to get an information packet and fundraising tips to set up your own activities to help raise funds for cancer research.
